Shipping policy

Customs Duties and Taxes:

SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC is responsible solely for shipping the product to you. Any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please note that each country has its own regulations, and some shipping carriers may impose additional charges upon delivery. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. If these charges are not paid, your order may be abandoned. SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC is not liable for such charges and will not assume responsibility for abandoned orders. Customers must cover any additional costs incurred.

Customer Responsibility:

By placing an order, you acknowledge your responsibility for any duties or taxes imposed by your country. UPS (or your local courier) may reach out to you directly to arrange payment prior to delivery.

Refusal of Delivery / Non-Payment:

If you refuse to pay customs charges or local taxes, and your package is returned to us:
- No refunds will be issued for parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.
- If your package is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund will be provided.

We highly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Return of Unclaimed Orders:

Should your order be returned to us due to non-pickup or unpaid duties, please be aware that the return process may take up to three months. No refunds or reshipments will be offered under these conditions.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Riverside, California

International Orders:

Shipping costs vary based on location and will be displayed during checkout. Please note that delivery times provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or packages being held in customs.

Important Note: Shipping times may be extended during peak demand periods.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered accurately. SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC cannot be held accountable for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping details.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are processed Monday through Friday by 2 PM (PST).
