Returns and Refunds Policy

At SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC, we uphold a strict no-return and no-refund policy on all products. Once payment is completed, all orders are considered final. This policy encompasses all items, including physical products, PDF forms, and online training courses.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping information during checkout. SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC assumes no liability for packages that are undeliverable and returned to the sender due to invalid addresses, failure to collect parcels, or unavailability for contact by courier services. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. For parcels returned to the sender, SCULPTED BY ALEXIS LLC will provide store credit only.

By placing an order, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Orders flagged as fraudulent will be promptly canceled and refunded.

Please note, refunds are not applicable if you received the correct items but later changed your mind, found a lower price elsewhere, decided against the purchase, or no longer find the item useful.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred, including transit fees if applicable. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
